Private evaluation
TrackVela is currently available for limited, invitation-only evaluation. Public commercial subscriptions and payment processing are not available in this evaluation. An invitation permits account creation; it does not grant a paid plan, marketplace ownership or unrestricted application access.
Your account and authority
Use an account and marketplace stores you own or are authorized to manage. Complete email and connection verification, keep your password private and report suspected misuse to support@trackvela.com. Do not share access to another person's account, bypass store-ownership controls or submit inaccurate evidence to obtain access.
Browser and carrier operations
The companion extension works through authorized eBay and Amazon pages rendered in your browser. Enable only the required site permissions and review the intended account and shipment before requesting an operation. Reader pairing does not itself authorize writes; marketplace submissions require separate permission and a specifically authorized job.
DoorETA is an independent carrier service. A carrier-issued code, a saved marketplace tracking number and a marketplace-confirmed delivery are different outcomes. A TrackVela request or API connection does not guarantee carrier recognition, marketplace acceptance or a Delivered status.
Accurate shipment records
Provide genuine order, parcel and tracking information and only data you are entitled to use. Do not fabricate scans, addresses, weights, delivery evidence or carrier identities, or use another carrier's identity without authorization. Review conflicting or incomplete records before sending an update. You remain responsible for your marketplace listings, customer communications and the actions you authorize.
Evaluation limits and stopping access
Evaluation features may change, fail or be interrupted. Do not use this evaluation as your only operational record or as a substitute for a carrier's or marketplace's confirmation. No uptime, delivery deadline, seller-performance result or dispute outcome is guaranteed.
You can stop using the service, revoke extension permissions and request account closure at support@trackvela.com. Evaluation access may expire or be withdrawn for security, misuse or the end of testing. Disabling a device stops further execution from that device; it does not undo an update already accepted by an external service.
Information and changes
The privacy notice explains the information processed during evaluation. Account and security messages are part of operating your account; marketing communications require a separate choice. Material changes to these evaluation terms will be published with an updated version before further use is requested. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@trackvela.com.
