A few things to know.
Do I need both eBay and Amazon?
Yes. Both account connections must be verified before the private shipment workspace opens.
Is there a free plan or trial?
No. TrackVela is a paid service. Creating an account does not unlock shipment features.
Can I connect the same eBay store to a second account?
No. A verified eBay store can belong to one TrackVela workspace. Changing its name does not create a new store.
What happens when my browser is closed?
Browser-based reads wait until a connected reader is available. Saved records remain in your workspace.
Does submitting a number confirm delivery on a marketplace?
No. Tracking submission and marketplace-confirmed delivery are separate states.
